4 Quarters Radio: December 16 4th Quarter

The fourth-quarter curriculum for December 16:
--Scott gloats a bit about the New York Spankees not getting all the free-agents this offseason. Appreciations of the loaded Red Sox batting order and Phillies rotation follow.
--Wondering what the Spanks have left to look forward to, Scott expresses fear for a pitcher with documented emotional baggage if he would ever end up in the Bronx.
--The rent-a-player system gets some blame for fan apathy in most baseball cities, especially when compared to the NFL's constantly shifting landscape.
--Comparisons between Cliff Lee's decision and LeBron James's Decision are examined and mostly debunked.
--In the Epic Fails, Scott marvels at the fall of a former Pro Bowler reduced to stealing his ex's unemployment checks.

4 Quarters Radio: October 28 3rd Quarter

The third-quarter curriculum for October 28:
--Scott bemoans baseball not vacating the stage in a timely manner, but still has his choice for the World Series winner.
--Post-World Series, will Cliff Lee's wife want any part of New York? For an extra $50 million, why not?
--Bobby's in a hurry to explain his first losing effort at a UFC pay-per-view, even if some of the picks surprised everyone. Bobby admires Brock's fancy dancing, while Scott ponders if perhaps his pro wrestling days may have contributed to the Grand Canyon that opened on his face.
--The full-strength crew (Scott, Bobby, Logan, and Dylan) take a look at the debut of nWo Miami and decide if anyone should slit their wrists just yet.
(Hint: someone says yes, and if you listened a few weeks ago, you can guess who.)
--Los Guys make their NBA Finals predictions, and three of them stay in lockstep.
--Steve Nash's predictions are weighed, and the guys decide if they like the honesty or dislike the pessimism.

4 Quarters Radio July 12

Solo as usual on the July 12 edition of 4QR, Scott weighs in on the 800-pound gorilla in the Miami Heat locker room, wondering how long it's going to be before Chris Bosh realizes that he's a very highly-paid caddy. Another NBA free agent signee could turn out to cripple his franchise, and he also gets called out. Also, the prospect of three 20-point-per-game scorers gets exposed for the fool's gold that it is. In the second, it's time to give some midseason shoutouts to MLB's best, plus Scott doesn't bother to contain his glee that the Spankees didn't get their grubby paws on Cliff Lee (yet). In the third, Bobby calls in to marvel at Brock Lesnar and join in a truly epic series of Epic Fails. Plus, what's the street value of a World Cup made of cocaine? Excised music: "Don't You Want Me" by the Human League, "One More Minute" by Weird Al Yankovic, and "F*** It (I Don't Want You Back)" by Eamon.
