The first-quarter curriculum for April 8:
--Scott's happy to be back on air after taking a week off for illness, and also happy to discuss his plans for the summer.
--With that out of the way, Scott and Logan get into the NCAA Tournament's ending, having mercifully little to say about the fugly title game. But there were a lot of great things to enjoy, and they're happy to throw those around.
--When they get to the worst game of the tournament, the guys hash out a difficult memory for Logan, but Scott mans up and admits that there was a topic on which he was wrong and Logan was right.
--With UConn winning the title, the question of whether or not the Big East got validated gets discussed.
--Logan is somewhat ambivalent over Cuonzo Martin getting hired to coach his Vols, and Scott offers facts to help cheer him up.

The first-quarter curriculum for March 25:
--If it's March, college basketball leads off the show. Logan pretends that he's a real man, while everyone else wonders how theirs went so drastically wrong.
--Kemba Walker gets some respect for beautifully camoflaging his flop against San Diego State, while the fellas wonder exactly why the West Coast can't compete in basketball anymore.
--The Ohio State/Kentucky game gets an examination from the angle of what eventually came to look like a mismatch.
--Finally, the main event: Logan Propst tears into Mike Hamilton for the Bruce Pearl and Lame Kiffin fiascos. Seriously, you must hear this. Logan wishes no harm to people or animals, but envisions a painful, fiery death for Mike Hamilton's Shake Weight.
--Meanwhile, Scott wonders where all the good, juicy recruiting violations went.
--The fellas measure some potential candidates for the Tennessee opening, and oddly, the one who actually did get hired doesn't come up.

--Scott and Bobby are the only ones in at the start, and they start off with discussion of the NCAA Tournament and the relative health of their brackets.
--Logan ponders testing the limits of the FCC's Profanity Alarm when discussing the epic collapse of his Tennessee Volunteers.
--Scott springs a surprise Wonderlic test on the staff, and in Logan's state of mind, he's very not happy.
--Charlie Sheen makes a brief guest appearance, the studio gets momentarily invaded, and Bobby and Logan let the period of mourning destroy their motivation.

The second-quarter curriculum for February 4:
--In the absence of a call-in guest, the guys decide to check out what's shaking in Vegas. Some goofy prop bets get spotlighted, including whether or not Fergie would come out in a thong for halftime and the odds that Christina Aguilera would pull a "Janet" during the national anthem, of all things.
--One of the most consistent predictors of Super Bowl victories weighs in, and the odds do not look good for the Prof.
--In Whodaman, Bobby gives props to the team that's set to dominate the NBA All-Star Game. Drew tries to slide in both a Whodaman AND Epic Fail, while Logan gets excited about his Vols on a streak.

4 Quarters Radio: December 16 1st Quarter

Yes, it's a month late. Not like many are listening anyway.

The first-quarter curriculum for December 16:
--Scott announces Fantasy Football Gloat/Bitch Day and gets exactly one call, from ex-co-host Joseph Anthony. Of course, Joseph can't resist the opportunity to poke fun at Scott's team and its lackluster record.
--Scott returns the favor and clears up one of Joseph's patented misconceptions regarding the prospects for Tennessee's basketball team...just in time for them to go in the toilet, apparently.
--Scott's not hard on the Vols for losing to Oakland, because he details Oakland's rugged schedule and how solid their team really is.
--The other side of the scheduling coin is examined, as Scott notes that heavy non-con schedules sometimes backfire.
--From the Wishful Thinking Department, Scott envisions college basketball's various conference challenges being co-opted by football. If the SEC would ever play real opponents...
--MTSU's women's team has a star racking up conference honors, and Scott gives her some radio love.
--Also getting respect: MTSU's men's program, specifically their upcoming recruiting class.

4 Quarters Radio: November 11 2nd Quarter

The second-quarter curriculum for November 11:
--Scott and Logan take another call-in interview, this one with MTSU soccer coach Aston Rhoden. The coach checks in from Tallahassee, Florida, site of MT's first-ever NCAA Tournament match.
--Coach Rhoden discusses the future of Sun Belt soccer once Denver leaves the league in 2012.
--Various factors involved in the Florida State match are discussed, including whether FSU being without their head coach would be any sort of factor.
--Scott puts the coach on the spot regarding a player who could be a big factor against FSU, and Rhoden nutmegs the question beautifully.
--Scott can't resist poking Logan a little bit regarding Tennessee basketball losing to the University of Indianapolis.
--Logan gives the biggest Whodaman of all time in honor of Veterans' Day, while Scott's the party-pooper who keeps it sports-related.

The first-quarter curriculum for October 28:
--Scott and Logan interview Sporting News college basketball columnist Mike DeCourcy as the season draws ever closer.
--Of course, Scott has to start with Purdue and their prospects post-Hummel. Included is a stern judgment on the concept of having JaJuan Johnson explore playing further from the basket.
--DeCourcy discusses that cases like Kentucky's Enes Kanter are not without precedent. Kentucky's prospects if Kanter's found ineligible may be somewhat...un-Kentucky-like.
--Once Logan gets his mic turned on (sorry, Logan), he gets to ask Mike about the Bruce Pearl situation at Tennessee. DeCourcy's a little bit more optimistic than most, it seems.
--Mike gets heavily fired up when Scott turns the discussion toward the Sun Belt's new scheduling mandate. This is probably the most passionate you'll hear anyone about Sun Belt hoops all season, folks.
--MTSU's prospects get a cursory glance, as Mike wonders if they'll be able to beat the conference's "heavyweights."
--Mike ponders the commitment of Isiah Thomas at FIU as Scott wonders if Isiah's bosses should pull the want ads out of his morning paper.
--Scott throws out a Final Four of questions, some one-liners about UConn, Boston College, Memphis, and Florida before letting Mike roll.

4 Quarters Radio: October 21 2nd Quarter

The second-quarter curriculum for October 21:
--College basketball is about to get started, and Scott's normally excited at this time of year. He shares why this is not so much the case this season.
--Some teams' preseason rankings come in for questioning. It primarily seems to come from the SEC, for some reason. Logan also flings some more interesting accusations.
--Once he's done inflaming every other SEC school, Logan gets down to actually bigging up his Tennessee Vols.
--MTSU's women get some preseason respect, as well. The men don't get quite that much love, but they could get up to big things.
--The Cubs' managerial choice gets alternately run down and defended. Guess who does which. (Hint: someone coins the term "The Bill Russell Postulate.")
--Logan brings in special guest Mike Singletary for Whodaman. Unfortunately, he does it while Scott's trying to give some love to a college football record breaker.

On the first half of the March 23 edition of 4QR, Scott, Joseph and Bobby talk the first weekend of the NCAA Tournament, lamenting their battered brackets (thanks, Kansas) and all feeling pretty good about their supported teams making it to the Sweet 16. Unfortunately, we have no visual of Joseph modeling his pimp new NBA sleeve. Bobby makes new picks for the UFC PPV, Scott wonders why his co-hosts can't bring themselves to dig hockey, and a guy who's probably never done an athletic thing in his life gets a shout out in Whodaman. Excised music: "Song for Old People" by Let's Wrestle and "So On and So On" by PM Dawn.

4 Quarters Radio Episode 9: 1st Half

On the first half of the March 16 edition of 4QR, the returning Joseph and Bobby join Scott in some dissection of the NCAA Tourney brackets before being joined by Bleacher Report College Basketball Community Leader Jameson Fleming, who provides a ton of handy tips for those looking for upsets in their office pools. Most of the hour is college hoop-driven, except for a brief stopover on Tiger Woods Watch, Whodaman, and a very late rendition of the Concert Calendar, with special emphasis on Car Wash.
